This product is divided into two types: hot water generators (air coolers) and steam-type gas heaters. They use air/exhaust gas or steam as the heat source, respectively, to meet different heat exchange needs in various scenarios.
Hot Water Generator (Air Cooler): Gas-to-liquid type heat exchanger designed to obtain hot water around 60°C–90°C. It uses heated air or exhaust gas as the heat source. The finned tube is selected according to the temperature at the heat release inlet.
Steam-Type Gas Heater: Uses steam as the heat source and is compatible with various types of steam. The finned tube is chosen based on the steam inlet temperature.
1.High Heat Transfer Efficiency:
Both types of equipment use finned tubes, which provide a large surface area per unit length. The heat exchange effect is more pronounced when the two gas flow boundary coefficients differ significantly.
2.Compact Size:
Thanks to the finned tube design, the overall equipment volume is small, saving installation space.
3.Strong Adaptability:
Suitable for different heat sources, and finned tubes of corresponding heat resistance can be flexibly selected according to the inlet temperature.
