On July 4, the 2026 Mid-Year Conference of Root Group was grandly held at the Group’s Shanghai Headquarters.Core management teams from the Group’s four business segments — Root, Anxing, Hino and Chengdu Root — gathered in Shanghai. They comprehensively reviewed the operating profit performance of the first half of the year, clarified the medium and long-term strategic implementation roadmaps for each segment, and optimized the company-wide performance appraisal and incentive system. The conference aligned the team’s thinking and consolidated consensus to drive high-quality development of the Group.

At the opening of the conference, Mr. Gao Haibin, General Manager of Root Group, delivered an opening address and keynote speech for this mid-year meeting. He elaborated thoroughly on the core objectives of the conference, clarified key tasks for all departments, and sorted out the underlying logic for the Group’s long-term development.

Subsequently, persons in charge of each business segment delivered work reports in sequence, presenting comprehensive and detailed elaborations and summaries covering first-half-year operational data, medium and long-term strategic plans, and performance optimization proposals.In response to the reports from each segment, Mr. Zhu Zhenyu, Chairman of Root Group, and Mr. Gao Haibin, General Manager of Root Group, offered respective comments. They fully recognized the operational achievements of the first half of the year, and emphasized deepening the reform of talent mechanisms, fully rolling out standardized post assessments, and establishing a fair and rigid assessment management system. They also stressed refining the incentive system, expanding the coverage of equity incentives, building a sharing platform for hardworking employees, and adopting a talent evaluation standard centered on competence, reliability and excellence.
