Product Introduction

Due to its zirconia content of approximately 95%, this type of zirconia bead is commonly referred to as "95% Zirconia Bead" or "Pure Zirconia Bead". It uses rare earth yttrium oxide as a stabilizer and adopts high-whiteness, high-fineness raw materials to ensure no material contamination. It boasts extremely high hardness and density, outstanding wear resistance and good chemical stability, providing strong impact energy during the grinding process.

Adopts 3Y tetragonal phase ultra-fine nano zirconia powder, combined with rolling titration molding and unique sintering technology to ensure high product hardness and strength.

Selects Australian high-purity zirconia powder with low impurities and strong corrosion resistance; nano-scale fine powder improves density to achieve ultra-low wear.
 
3.High Sphericity
Preliminarily guarantees sphere sphericity through rolling titration molding, and then removes irregular spheres via patented sieving technology to ensure high sphericity.
 
4.Consistent Quality
Strictly controls raw material parameters and uses fully automatic natural gas tunnel kiln with a cross-sectional temperature difference ≤ 3℃ to ensure stable and uniform product performance.
