Stable Mechanical Seal

Independent mechanical seal system, free from the influence of equipment vibration or main shaft torque changing. Outer flow type mechanical seal , avoiding the potential pollution to the material.

Driving system adopts Root special adjustment mode, easy for inspection and maintenance. Fast connection pipes, easy for dismantle and assembly. With input filter, to avoid the pump stuck due to impurity in material.

High efficient cooling system

Multiple cooling method in outer chamber cooling coil, high heat transmission material pulley, mechanical seal cooling, bearing cooling to better control the material temperature. With special cooling condensor, to add ensurance for temperature control.

High effieicent grinding

Root patent design triangel disc, and cooperate with complete mechanism and performs high efficient grindng.
