RTSM-0.2BJ laboratory horizontal bead mill is Root self-deseign/manufacturing new-type integrated dispersing bead mill. It has mixer and bead mill in one machine, easy for using and simple for maintenance. The smallest beads it can use is 0.2mm and the finish particle size could reach nano grade.
RTSM-0.5AD horizontal lab disc type bead mill is mainly applied to micron-grade (1-15μm) and sub-micron (0.8-1μm) grinding. High-efficient cooling system and micron-gap dynamic separation system enables smooth discharge of material and no blockage.
RTSM-ADL series has combined with low-cost and high grinding performance, able to work as singe grinding machine or work as primary grinding. It could cooperate with RTSM-AD, RTSM-AJ or RTSM-BJ series.
RTSM-AJ series disc sand mill is widely applied in the production of water-based and low-viscosity material. Optimized disc structure and discharging structure makes better finish size and distribution. Finish size could reach 1 micron for D90.
RTSM-BJ series bead mill is optimized new type nano grade grinding bead mill.Suitable for micron and nano grade grinding of low/middle viscous and smooth fluid material. Widely applied in sections of pigment, pesticide, fertilizer, printing ink etc.
